Returns Eligibility– Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or wrong product received.- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice included.- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Exchange Policy– Exchange is allowed only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.- The item will be inspected by our service team before approval for exchange.- Exchange is subject to availability of the same model or a similar one.

Non-Returnable Items- Used or installed LED TVs- Products with physical damage not reported at the time of delivery- Products without original packaging or invoice๐ต Refunds (If applicable)- Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available.- The refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5โ7 business days after return pickup and inspection.
